A quarter-turn koa staircase leads upstairs to the primary bedroom, with a large en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and a comfortable daybed for afternoon naps. Three additional bedrooms are upstairs: two with queen beds and one with a full and twin bed. They share a large bathroom with double sinks.

Downstairs, the kitchen has ocean and mountain views with counter seating for five. A custom dining table seats ten, while two living rooms offer ample couch seating and TVs. The spacious California king bedroom opens to a lanai with outdoor seating—an inviting spot for morning coffee. A full bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, and second refrigerator are nearby.
